Many customer returns are for reasons other than a defect. At Half of Half we inspect
our merchandise as we work it up. It is always a question of how bad the damage
is or what type damage the item has in deciding whether to throw it away or put
it in our store. We have learned that our customers have different opinions. One
feels that an item should not be in our store while another sees a great value with
just a little bit of repair work.
Half of Half understands that due to the nature of our business some of our merchandise
can be a turn off to some shoppers because it is badly damaged, but Half of Half
